The Villa:

As impressive as the exterior specification is, the villa is just exciting as it has been very cleverly designed to maintain its authentic charm and chicness without going over the top. The floor and wall tiling have been chosen to give a coherence throughout the property and blend seamlessly with the traditional characteristics but also the demands of modern life. The farmhouse kitchen has rustic charm but still ticks all the technological boxes.

You can enter the villa via the shaded naya to the rear or directly to the kitchen..... which is what we will do.

The kitchen runs the full width of the property and has more than ample work surfaces and storage solutions with integrated appliances. There is a gas range cooker (bottled gas) and a breakfast table area if you choose not to eat outside. The kitchen also has a wood burner for the short winter months. The kitchen leads to a central hallway and takes you to the lounge area with a second wood burner and TV point and back door leading to the shaded naya.

In the villa itself there are 3 double bedrooms, a shower room/wc and a bathroom with wc.

However if you need more room then between the villa and the pool house you will find the lovely guest casita with en-suite shower room, bringing the tally to 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total.

The villa is connected to mains electricty, reigo water (very cheap), internet and has solar hot water. If you were looking to live here full time it is perfect for the installation of solar.
