Guest House 3 Has one large bedroom (accommodating up to 4) and a bathroom, as well as access on to its own private terrace with views of the countryside down to the main pool terrace. The grounds There is a large swimming pool (10X6m) with terracing all around that is within an enclosed garden and a smaller separate pool for guests. There is also a hard tennis court at the front of the property with the possible of re-installing the floodlights for 24-hour playing. The property consists of two plots (one of 21.000sqm which has all the construction on it) and the neighbouring 18.000sqm plot which offers the possibility of additional construction.
