To the first floor, the cupboard space on the landing could be incorporated into the bathroom to maximise the size, and a section of the third bedroom taken to create a staircase up to a master ensuite, with Juliette balcony overlooking the garden.

In turn, this would provide an impressive four bedroom house, STPP.

Walton on Thames is a popular town within Surrey, due to its desirable schools and close proximity to the River Thames. The town itself has a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs including small boutique options, as well as larger higher street names. The Heart shopping centre is a popular spot for retail shops and the town itself is a lovely community, hosting various events throughout the year, which you would have within a very easy reach from the property.

An even closer selection of convenience stores are just around the corner on a small parade, making it even easier if you need to grab some milk, or emergency wine! Also close by is Hampton Court, Bushy Park, and Kingston Upon Thames. So, if you fancy a bike ride or walk, you have the pleasant riverside route to take you there. A very scenic spot!
