We have upgraded all aspects of the house including recently landscaping the garden to make it so much more versatile and we absolutely love being outside whenever we can. The location also positions you brilliantly to be able to walk or cycle off road on the Trans-Pennine trail, enjoy Stockton Heath but also get into Warrington, Manchester, Chester and Liverpool easily. Our neighbours are people we class as dear friends and will miss so much, but know this house will be loved by whoever takes it over
