Are you looking for a villa with a garden and swimming pool in a quiet, very peaceful location, but at the same time a short distance from the sea and an urban center? On the outskirts of Praia da Luz, about 7 kms from the historic city of Lagos, we present this villa completely rebuilt in 2010 and with improvements about four years ago, located in a very private plot of 1,000 m2, with garden and swimming pool.
The beach is only 2 km away. In addition to the garage, there is a car-port for two cars. The surrounding garden, the swimming pool, the surrounding deck and terraces and a very pleasant poolside bar are an invitation to tranquility and relaxation in an environment full of privacy.
Entering the villa, on the ground floor, a large entrance hall gives access to a more private area with two bedrooms and a large bathroom. One of the two bedrooms on this floor has a small but useful bathroom. Continuing to know the ground floor of this villa, we have a large kitchen with an area to place a dining table. The kitchen is connected to the dining room, a space full of natural light interconnected to a large living room overlooking the pool and garden, in a natural connection to the large terrace of this outdoor area of pure leisure.
Going up to the first floor, we find two large bedrooms, one of which is currently used as an office, and a large bathroom. The master bedroom, with numerous and spacious built-in wardrobes, leads to a terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding area and also with stairs leading to the ground floor in the garden area where the pool is located.
