Mynydd Isa is a quiet little suburb nestled between Mold and Buckley, and with easy access to all the amenities you could ask for. Some say, it's the perfect area for raising a new family or for escaping the world after a busy day at the office.

On Highfield Avenue sits our property.as you approach, the house stands out a little more from the rest of the street as its white render is contrasted by rich mahogany coloured facias and frames.

One of the original features, which was retained to create a focal point of this for this room, is the vintage fireplace. Stone built with expansive tiers for displays and a brand new live edge mantle, this feature has been repurposed with the help of a classic style wood burner. Who said romance was dead with one of these in your life!

At the head of the hallway sits the kitchen, and here is where the biggest remodel is apparent. Formerly a small kitchen with access into a lounge diner, the owner remodelled by walling off between the lounge and diner to make an amazing open plan kitchen dining room.

At the head of the stairs stands the family bathroom. With brick effect tiled walls behind the shower cubicle and large quality tiles to fill the rest of the walls, this space has been beautifully kitted out with modern stylish fittings. To finish it off, there's a beautiful separate bath with hand held shower facility.....this is all you could ever ask for in a bathroom!

Next along is the front main bedroom. This is a good space in which you can easily fit a double bed and storage. A wide window and sage green décor keeps the room light and warm. An integrated storage space sits behind the door, optimising the space brilliantly.

The next room along is the second bedroom. We have a generous space that could fit another large bed in comfortably. You won't need to worry about storage in here, as there are some huge standing wardrobes built into the room. These are staggering and capable of holding two peoples wardrobes (or one if you happen to be a fashionista!)
