In an elevated position above Avlaki beach, and nestled in amongst olive trees, this villa offers the best of both - tranquility and privacy, yet within an easy walk of the beach. The villa is reached down a quiet track leading off from the main road to Avlaki, so is accessible but retains its rustic charm.

Mainly over two levels, the living accommodation is on the ground floor, with a large lounge and dining area opening onto a good sized kitchen. Several patio windows lead out onto the terraces, and overlook the view towards the sea.
Beside the kitchen is a large covered terrace overlooking the pool, a perfect spot for outside dining.

At either end of the living area is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Each has a patio window leading outside.

Upstairs are a further three double bedrooms, two of which share a family bathroom and the larger master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The master suite also has a large private covered balcony to one side.

The swimming pool and sunbathing terraces are to one side of the villa, with extensive terracing all around. There are plenty of shady areas to relax, and several mature olive trees. Below the main house is an enormous garage/storeroom, as well as the central heating system.
