In an elevated position on the outskirts of the village of Sfakera in the north of Corfu, this large house enjoys views towards the village and distant sea views encompassing the island of Mathraki. Roda, with all its facilities and lovely sandy beach is a only a ten minute walk away, and the more lively Acharavi less than ten minutes drive.

On the lower level of the house is a self contained apartment, consisting of a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, and a sitting room. The apartment has its own front door and there is plenty of space at one end of the living room for a kitchen to be installed if required. The garage is also on this level, and this could be converted to another bedroom.

An unusual but very practical design of house, this is well worth viewing.
