The farmhouse is equipped with all utilities. There is a 20Kw photovoltaic system, the heating is underfloor heating and is guaranteed by the autonomous LPG system and the hazelnut pallet stove. The water supply, instead, is guaranteed by the municipal aqueduct and there is also a cistern for collecting rainwater. Finally, there is solar thermal, air conditioning and fan coil.

The farmhouse is located in Serre di Rapolano, the services are very close, but the location enjoys privacy and is immersed in the vineyards and the countryside. Rapolano terme is 10 minutes (5 km) away, Asciano (6 km), Trequanda (20 km) and Montepulciano can be reached in 35 minutes (34 km). The nearest airports are Perugia (about 1 hour's drive) and Florence (about 1.5 hours).
