Luccichenti through a unique interpretation of the "American" type of residential architecture conceived four villas (each with small differences, but substantially similar) that presented a very elaborate typological study in plan and set on a large double-height hall with a thatched roof in addition to one-level accessory bodies separated into a sleeping area and a services area. We can speak of a real "unicum" in the panorama of Roman residential construction.
