We present you a house in the village of Kraisen, which is located 15 minutes away from the nearest town Pavlikeni. The city has a rapidly developing infrastructure in the last 5-6 years - two large supermarkets, several pharmacies, banks, a hospital, a railway station, many good and wonderful parks. In the village itself there are two shops, a bar, a playground, good internet.

On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a storage room that can be converted into a bathroom with a toilet. The ground floor, which used to be a basement, has a cement floor, painted walls, and a fireplace. It can be used as a storage room, office, or even another bedroom. Attached to the main house and the extensions there is a barn in very good condition. The roof is in good condition, but gutters need to be installed on all buildings. The house is electricity and water supplied. The window frames and doors are wooden, and the electrical wiring needs to be replaced.
The garden is flat, with an area of 1600 sq.m., enclosed by a wooden fence and metal mesh. There is a well in it. The property is located on an asphalt road at the edge of the village and is very private.
