Buckfastleigh is a small friendly town which lies on the southern edge of Dartmoor National Park. The town centre is around a ten minute walk and has a selection of local shops and amenities including pharmacy, greengrocers, Co-op stores, primary school and health centre. The A38 at Dart Bridge links the two Devon cities of Plymouth and Exeter whilst the towns of Ashburton and Totnes are each little more than ten minute's or so drive away.
