The house opens into a wide tiled hall (9m) that runs from the front door to the rear garden, cool in summer and with a vaulted ceiling, it gives a very welcoming characterful feeling to the house.

To the left side is the main house, opening to the wood floored kitchen with larder, a hall to the living room (almost 6m) that has two bright windows onto the front. At the end of the hall are two bedrooms, the larger of which has a door to a south facing balcony. There's a shower room off the hall.

Across the main hall are two small apartments, the first part-finished consists of two 4.4m rooms with vaulted ceilings, heating, electric and plumbing connected. The second is a successful Airbnb family apartment with a large bedroom (5.4m) containing double bed and two bunk beds. There's a kitchen diner and separate shower room making a comfortable base for a family on holiday.

Opposite this is a utility room for laundry and the pellet heating/hot water system.

Above all of this is a completely open attic, covering the whole footprint of the house. Below it are three cellars of varying ages and uses.

The front of the house is on the road but has a garage to the side with two parking spaces infront of it. Behind the house is a large garden set to lawn, containing a large stone and wood barn, a large vegetable garden and another wooden shed for storage. Across the road behind are the mountains of the Dreiländerecke and the Karawankens.
