Vendor Comments
We have loved living in Grovehill Road for over 30 years. Renovating our Victorian property into a family home. Creating a beautiful garden which is great for entertaining, especially the raised deck outside the summer house which enjoys the late afternoon sun. Redhill town centre is just a few minutes’ walk away with a range of shops, a 24 hour gym and a mainline station which gets you to London in under 30 minutes and Brighton in less than an hour. Redhill Common is a short walk with amazing views towards Gatwick airport. There are some fantastic walks nearby with Earlswood Lakes being a short distance away and the woods at Felland being a bluebell highlight in the spring. We have a great choice of schools for all age groups and Reigate College is regularly placed in the top 10 UK colleges. Grovehill Road is a great place to live and we will be sad to leave.
