Description

***GUIDE PRICE £400,000 TO £425,000***

Top 3 things you love about your home

1) The location: This specific pocket of Greenwich gives you access to both the train station with links into central, but also easy access to North Greenwich for the Jubilee line - and if you really need it you can walk to the DLR. Aside from the convenience, this location is quiet (tucked away from the touristy Greenwich spots) and has a lovely welcoming vibe. There are also 3 affordable gyms on our doorstep (Better: recently refurbed with tons of equipment + spin studio, Nova: Brand new, has ice baths & a sauna, Snap: 24hr & great for classes) plus an amazing yoga studio.

2) Security: This is a very safe location generally, but has the added layer of a security guard on 24/7 patrol, and you also have to get through three security doors
to get into the flat - important for me when I was living alone.

3)It's always a good temperature! It's so well insulated that I literally don't use the heating (even in winter), but when we get the heatwaves in the summer it also manages to stay cool as it's East facing, so only gets the direct sunlight when it's cooler in the mornings. Being south/west facing is actually a nightmare when it gets too hot!

Top 3 things you love about the area?

1) I love being surrounded by so much history; you can walk around the Naval College, or the Queen's house, or into Greenwich Market in 15 mins (easily done in
a WFH coffee break) - but we're removed enough that we don't have to deal with the Greenwich tourists on a daily basis

2) The pubs! There is an abundance of pubs for whatever mood you're in. Favourites include: Pelton Arms (AMAZING pizza + live music), Riverside Ale House
(hand selected local beers that change weekly, all for under £5 a pint), Plume of Feathers (homely, tradition pub with a cat & Harvey's beer), The Crown (best for watching spot + great nachos), The Duke of Greenwich (gastropub that has a huge BBQ/smoker in the garden), and The Cutty Sark (beautiful, historic building with amazing roasts) - and these are just the ones in Maze Hill!

3) There are so many nice walks; the park being the obvious one, but also around the Naval College, along the river (there's a sculptural trail around the o2), the
nature reserve, and you can cross the foot tunnel over to Limehouse.
