The house is built of brick beneath a slate roof with accommodation extending to about 9,500 square feet which flows well across three floors. The principal reception rooms boast an abundance of period features and stunning views across the grounds. In all, the property extends to just over 16,100 square feet including the main house and outbuildings.

The front door opens into an entrance vestibule with a mosaic tiled floor. The ground floor comprises the drawing room with French windows to the terrace, sitting room that leads into a spacious orangery with panoramic views of the gardens, dining room, kitchen with a range of fitted cupboards and units as well as an Aga with companion and a utility room.

Stairs descend to the lower ground floor where there is a further study, snooker room, gym, sauna and an indoor swimming pool with changing rooms.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor including the principal bedroom suite which has a double aspect, two dressing rooms and spacious bathroom, a guest suite and further double bedroom. The staircase rises to the second floor where there are five further bedrooms and a bathroom.

The property is approached via a gated, treelined gravelled driveway which sweeps to reveal the handsome facade with a turning circle around a water feature.

The grounds are predominantly laid to lawn, flanked by mature trees and seasonal flowers. There is a superb double glazed garden room with tiled flooring leading through three greenhouses.

Outside, there is an extensive kitchen garden with raised beds and three adjoining potting sheds.

There is also a large brick workshop/ barn with an office with two further adjoining, versatile rooms along with a double garage.

The grounds extend to about 5.76 acres including a beautiful lake attracting a variety of wildlife, which has a fountain and adjoining boat house.

Langley Lodge is situated to the edge of Kings Langley, a large village south of the Chiltern Hills. The village provides day to day amenities including shops, cafes, a primary school and cricket and football clubs.
