This property has an abundance of fine architectural details and period features. It has been modernised carefully to ensure a balance between modern convenience and period charm, resulting in a fine townhouse in a sought after location, close to Ledbury town centre.

It is constructed of high-quality solid brick walls under a clay tiled roof, with decorative ridge tiles and a substantial chimney. It has hardwood double glazed windows and carved stone lintels. The accommodation is arranged over three floors, with the ground floor comprising an entrance hall, living room, dining/sitting room, kitchen, pantry, garden room, WC and utility area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a very large ensuite bathroom. On the second floor, there is a further bedroom, bathroom, and lots of eaves storage. At the front of the property there is a small front garden and at the rear a low maintenance Mediterranean style garden.

Ledbury is a lovely place to live thanks to its attractive historic centre, stunning surrounding countryside, excellent local schooling and array of independent shops. The town benefits from a main line train station with routes to Birmingham, London and South Wales. Just 4 miles south of the town is the M50 motorway providing a fast link to the M5 and South Wales.
The cathedral cities of Hereford, Worcester and Gloucester offer a wider range of amenities, leisure facilities and shopping, and are roughly equidistant at approximately 17 miles. Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff are all within 60 miles.
