There is air conditioning throughout but with sustainability in mind, it is highly insulated to remain cool in summer and warm in winter. Further sustainability features include a vast water tank under the swimming pool designed to use winter rains for summer pool top-ups, and a reverse osmosis drinking water system to limit the need for plastic bottles.
