This executive style property is presented to exacting standards, and in brief consists of: an entrance hall, stunning kitchen, 'L' shaped living area, a single storey extension to provide a study/ play room, downstairs cloakroom, under stairs cupboard, two well-proportioned bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, ensuite to master bedroom, and a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom with bath and overhead shower. An internal viewing comes highly recommended via Parkers Estate Agents in Chinnor!

Ground Floor:
Upon entering the front door, one finds oneself in a very well presented hallway. On the left hand side, overlooking the front of the property, is the stunning kitchen. The kitchen boasts 'Stone Italiana' work surfaces, as well as high quality floor and wall units, and a full array of integrated appliances. From the hallway, there is also a modern fitted downstairs cloakroom, as well as a large under-stairs cupboard.
At the rear of the property, one finds themselves in the very large 'L' shaped reception room. On one side is the cosy living area benefitting from a beautiful gas fireplace, and towards the back there is a good sized dining area with space for a large table and chairs. Lastly, there is the recent addition of a ground floor extension that has created the ideal study or play room.

Upstairs consists of two large double bedrooms. Of particular note is the master bedroom due to its size, as well as its ample fitted wardrobe space. The master bedroom also provides an immaculate ensuite shower room, as well as views overlooking the rear garden and The Chiltern Hills.
