This heritage house was built in 1900 and was the residence of the family since 1909. Within its history, it stands out that it was the first to obtain the installation of water in the city. According to the current owners, political figures of the time, as well as members of the aristocracy, have stayed in this house.
The corner of the property gives access to three main streets in the center of Baeza, its facade is mainly built in stone and decorated with imposing balconies with iron details. This building has built on the first floor a commercial premises with large shop windows.
DISTRIBUTION:
The second access street, which makes the main entrance of the house, has a porch with imposing doors in period oak wood, which when we cross it, we find an Andalusian iron door, which separates this space from the inner courtyard of the house, is decorated and set by tiles in blue, yellow and green colors, a water fountain in marble and stone pillars that support the second floor of the building, traditional elements in the constructions of Andalusia.
On the first floor and around the courtyard we find the main kitchen of the house, which delivers from its window, overlooking one of the main streets of the center, next to the entrance door. Near it we find a small room and a hallway, where you can go down to the basement of the property. In addition to connecting to a corridor that is located behind the commercial premises. Continuing along the corridor of the courtyard gives access to two other rooms.

The second floor is accessed by a grand marble staircase, which is naturally illuminated by a large window overlooking the street. The staircase ends in an iroko wood door, which leads to the hallway distributor of this floor overlooking the courtyard of the house. This hallway distributor connects the entire floor, where we find a large living room with access to a balcony. This living room in turn, connects to a double bedroom and a second living room (which is on the corner of another street). Continuing along this corridor, we find the second bedroom, and after it a third one of similar dimensions. Following this route, we will find the second kitchen, which in its years was used during the winter season by its former owners and within this same sector of the house, are located two full bathrooms and two bedrooms. All rooms and living rooms have balconies overlooking the street, being the enclosures, both inside and outside, in iroko wood and double glazing climalit.
The second floor of the property is used as an attic, where you can build separations and give use as deemed appropriate.
The third floor is a solana-terrace covered with imposing wooden beams, which also give excellent views of the city from above.
The roof of the house was restored in August 2006.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT the facade of this property is within the historic center, so it is protected from intervention by the Junta de Andalucía and it is impossible to make reforms that alter it, which is why the windows have been chosen to protect the permitted line.
