We've been here for almost twenty years. In that time we've loved, laughed, and cried. But now, as the family flies the nest, it is time for us to downsize.

Access to the field and woods at the rear is ideal for kids and dogs, many hours have been spent out there all year round.

Hartland Road gives you easy access to everything, you have bus links directly to the front that take you into Reading town, plenty of local amenities within walking distance and really easy access out to the motorway with junction 11 of the M4 just a short drive. The newly opened Green Park railway link gives you easy access via the train to Basingstoke or Reading, making this great for anyone needing to commute into London too.
