Palacio XI is a four-storey 559 square metre heritage home with six bedrooms in the ancient, atmospheric Dalt Vila, Ibiza Town's oldest quarter. Dating back to the 16th century, Palacio XI has been sensitively restored for the perfect balance between period charm and contemporary comfort. This remarkable home offers four atmospheric living spaces, including a roof terrace and pool area.

Internal layout: Enter Palacio XI through its grand stone arch and you're in an impressive, high-ceiling space that features natural stone and durable exotic iroko wood beams. Thick walls keep Palacio XI cool in summer and warm in winter. The home is fitted with a Daikin comfort cooling system with independent controls as well as underfloor heating throughout. There are also two fireplaces. Palacio XI's six double bedrooms are spacious and airy with glorious views over Ibiza Town and out to the island of Formentera.
