This rustic structure houses the metal wine vat, work bench and tools for the maintenance of the house and land. In front of the adega are raised flowerbeds that also double as a kitchen garden. A cement path weaves its way from the adega through the raised beds and onto the land. At the rear, adjoining the property, are terraces with a BBQ designed for relaxation and alfresco dining and taking in the superb views. The higher of the terraces has an awning to provide shade while enjoying a glass of wine from your own vineyard!

The gently sloping land falls away from the house and has in ground water cisterns not far from the gardens that are used for irrigation. Further down the land is a shelter for firewood and also a wooden shed for storage. Here you will also find a mix of old olive and fruit trees that provide for the kitchen. The well-tended vineyard is a the end of land and provides a nice red wine typical of this Sico region.
