Casa Vicolo Riccia is in the heart of Civita Falconara, a quiet, central quarter of the historic centre of Arpino, a quarter known for its charming winding 'vicoli' (alleyways), castle from the 1400s, sections of pre-Roman wall, and in particular for its liveability - only a minute or two's walk from the main piazza and Corso, but very quiet, with no through traffic.

ARPINO AND THE CIOCIARIA

Arpino is one of the major medieval hilltop towns in the area of Italy called the Ciociaria, the name given to the fertile land that lies south of Rome but north of Naples, situated inland in the hills in the heart of Italy.
