Description

If you have been dreaming about owning a bungalow in the heart of a wonderful conservation village, look no further, you have just found it. BlueBell Lodge is a wonderful bungalow situated in the heart of Luddenden village. With 2 bedrooms, a conservatory, loads of storage space, ample parking and a low maintenance outside area, there is a lot to love about this property.

Pulling up on the driveway, you will hear the tranquil sounds of the stream that flows under the bungalow itself. You will also find plenty of outdoor space to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. If you are an avid gardener, it would be quite easy to create some green space with planters etc...but as it stands its a low maintenance area which is ideal just to simply be and enjoy the sound of nature.

Upon entering the bungalow you come into a lovely conservatory. This is a fantastic area to rest and read if you so wish. It will comfortably fit two chairs and the windows look out onto the stream and woodland. From here you come directly into the hallway where you will find a good size storage cupboard and a generous sized pantry cupboard along with doors to the kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is also access to a sizeable loft in the hallway.

Coming into the large dining/living room, this is a fantastic space. It is a light, bright airy room and has plenty of room for all your furniture needs. There is even an ideal space for a large dining table, which is a real bonus for when you have family and friends round. The kitchen, while compact has lots of countertop space for those who enjoy cooking and it fitted with a range of matching wall and base units.

Now to the sleeping quarters. The master bedroom is a big room and is fitted with inbuilt wardrobes. If all the wardrobes are not needed, you could make the room bigger again by removing some of them. Bedroom number 2 is another good size bedroom and easily fits a double bed. The house bathroom has a 3 piece suite.and storage cupboard.

It is worth mentioning that the loft has been boarded and has a pull down ladder. There is great head height up here and you can stand up comfortably. With the addition of a Velux window it could make a great office space but as it stands, it will cover all your storage needs.

So that's it in a nutshell. While the house some may feel needs some cosmetic work, you could live here very comfortably while you decide how you would like to decorate it. It is a fantastic bungalow in the heart of a wonderful village, while being just a short drive away from a number of town centres, such as Sowerby Bridge, Hebden Bridge and Halifax.  If you think this is the one for you, do not delay and pick up the phone now. Our lines are open 24/7!
