We love the Victorian style of the house and the spacious kitchen at the core, which is the social hub when we have guests over. The garden is a huge plus; it's secure, private and a plant-filled haven for socialising and relaxing.
Why are you selling?
We're moving to be close to family outside of London.
What do you love about the area?
The connectivity is unbeatable. The Victoria and Northern lines are within a few minutes walk and the bus stop by the flat takes you straight to central London, Clapham and Brixton. We both walk to work every day in Westminster. A Toca serves amazing Portuguese food, Max Café does a great cooked breakfast, there are two micro-breweries within 10 minutes walk, and the best Sainsbury's in London is just 5 minutes away. The neighbourhood is a friendly and active community that throws summer and Christmas parties; it's always easy to borrow a printer or jump leads when you need them!
