The farmhouse, of about 390 square meters in total, arranged on three levels, consists of: on the ground floor, a beautiful living room with wood stove and wood burning fireplace, with wooden beams and terracotta floors, a very bright veranda with large glass windows, dining room, spacious kitchen with island, a study currently used as a bedroom, a utility room, a technical room, a pantry, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. On the first floor, accessible externally via loggia, or via an internal staircase, are a large bedroom with fireplace and external access to the loggia, three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a master bedroom and two bathrooms with showers.
