A few minutes drive from the village of Perithia, the hamlet of Perouli comprises of a a few houses, with lovely countryside views. 'Perouli' is the local word for an area which is always in the sun.

There are two ways to access the property - either via a little pathway up the side of the house, or through private electric gates leading to the parking area. The main door is at the side of the house leading into a hallway which is currently used as an office. A couple of steps lead down to the two double bedrooms, both with glass doors leading to a narrow balcony overlooking the view. The bedrooms have wooden floors and fitted wardrobes.

From the hallway there is a large shower room and an archway leading through to the open plan kitchen/sitting/dining area. This room has two sets of balcony doors leading out to the covered terrace overlooking the garden, a lovely fireplace for the cooler winter months and bespoke kitchen units.

Central heating is installed throughout the property.

Outside, the garden is spread over three terraces - some areas are paved and others are laid to lawn. At the top end of the garden there is a small building which is currently used as a storage room. There is room for the addition of a small swimming pool in this part of the garden. The lower level is where the paved parking area is located.

On the ground floor there is a separate self-contained studio which is accessed externally from the road below. This also has a small terrace at the front.

The property has been renovated to a very high standard, with good quality materials used throughout. It is less than a 5 minute drive to the village of Perithia, 10 minutes from Acharavi and St Spiridon beach.
