This two storey property has always been a much loved family home, which is reflected in the care with which it was build and maintained.
A solid wooden front door leads towards the L-shaped living room and the separate kitchen. While the whole house is centrally heated, the cosy living also has a fire-place. Large windows let in abundant light. A French door gives out on the wide terrace that runs around three sides of the house.
The kitchen is spacious enough and has an in-built dishwasher, oven and fridge. A separate tap provides for filtered drinking water. Furthermore this floor has a wardrobe closet and a toilet.
The floors of this storey are all marble.
A spiral staircase leads towards the second storey with wooden floors. There are three bedrooms, of which two have large in-built wardrobes. Again thanks to the large windows the atmosphere is airy. There is a bathroom with bath and toilet. Well-hidden hatches in the ceiling give access to the storage attic.
At the rear of the house is a workshop / storage room, with sockets connected to a separate power grid. A boiler provides hot water for the outside shower.

Around the house fruit trees were planted including figs, walnuts, almonds, persimmons and pomegranates. There is a vegetable garden. Water for the plants comes from a separate well.
The whole garden is fenced. The entrance gate and front fencing are of ornamental forging.
The driveway leads to a well sized garage.

The house looks out over fields, woodland and the mountains of Skripero.
