A very interesting old village house, on several levels, this has been partially renovated by its current owner and is now a successful holiday rental property.

The renovated part of the house is on the first floor, accessed by some steps through a courtyard. The entrance door leads into a spacious open plan living space, with a high beamed ceiling and lots of windows, so the whole space is very light and airy. There is a kitchen at one end, with high quality units and granite worktops, and the rest of the room is used as a dining/living space.

Leading off this room are two double bedrooms and a modern shower room. A further smaller room is at the end, perhaps originally a kitchen as it has a beautiful old open fireplace. This is used by the current owner as a cozy TV lounge in the winter months but could also be a third bedroom.
In addition there is a large loft space which could provide additional accommodation if required.

There is a small terrace on this level with enough space for a table and chairs for outside dining.

A metal staircase leads to a tiled roof terrace, but the access to this could be improved. The roof terrace has a very pretty view across the rooftops of the village towards the valley and the mountains in the distance.

On the lower level, also entered through the courtyard, is another modern shower room, a utility area, and a very large partially completed room. This was originally the 'apothiki', used for storing wine and olive oil, but it is large enough to be completed as a self contained apartment, with totally separate access from the alleyway outside.

Parking is very nearby, and the village is lively and a very short stroll away.
