This large villa stands proudly in the centre of Kommeno, with views in two directions, both towards the east coast, and across the bay to Gouvia.

A long sweeping driveway leads past the tennis courts and up to the lower level of the villa, and then stone steps head up to the main front entrance.
On this level is a spacious living area, with a modern kitchen at one end, a dining area, sitting room and still plenty of room for a snooker table! Huge floor to ceiling windows at either end ensure the room is full of light.
A few steps up into the sitting area, and the windows here lead out onto the pool terrace, with plenty of room for sunbathing. To one side is a pretty olive grove, and the view from this area is towards the lagoon at Gouvia. The pool is an attractive and unusual shape, and there is also a modern walk through shower.

Also on the main level is a large double bedroom with windows overlooking the pool a roomy en suite bathroom.

Stairs lead up to two more large double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and lovely sea views from another private balcony.

On the lower level there is another bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a home gym. Here there is a very attractive indoor swimming pool, heated for use through the cooler months. There is also a convenient shower room for use after the pool or gym.

The owners of this luxurious villa really have designed it to be a special place to stay. There is a lift which connects all three levels, and a garage at the top of the driveway with loads of storage space. At the front, overlooking the tennis court, is a spacious terrace, ideal for outside dining.
