Two identical villas joined side by side, each property has plenty of space and enjoys lovely views across the bay of Avlaki towards the Albanian mainland.

Each house has central heating and air-conditioning, and has an additional space of approximately 90 m2 in the basement which has been designed along the lines of a swimming pool with particular attention to avoid any damp ingression.

The wooden shutters have also been chosen to withstand the sea air, being constructed of the best quality wood and spray painted with exterior quality, marine paint.

This is an excellent holiday rental area, with the thriving harbour resort of Kassiopi being just a short drive away and tavernas just steps from the villas along the lovely beach front.

Avlaki is also renowned for its water sports - with windsurfing, body boarding and sailing available in the middle of the beach.
