This traditionally designed villa has views across the olive groves to the sea and the coastline of Albania.

A large villa, most of the accommodation is on the ground floor. The heavy wood front door leads into a hallway, and to the left is a good sized kitchen with all modern fittings and dark wood cupboards. An attractive feature is the "window" opening into the dining room which has been decorated with painted wooden shutters.

The living room has a dining area at one end and a traditional open fireplace built of stone at the other. Large patio windows lead out to the terrace and the swimming pool below.
Off the living room are two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and windows overlooking the front of the house. A third bedroom is accessed thruogh a doorway next to the kitchen.

A staircase with pretty wrought iron railings leads up to a galleried landing which overlooks the sitting room and gives access to a large sun terrace. The master bedroom is on this upper floor with a private terrace from which to enjoy the view and an en suite bathroom.

Outside the garden has been terraced and landscaped and there is an unusually shaped swimming pool surrounded by a patio for sunbathing.
