Having spent many years visiting the area either walking around Hawley Lake or having lunch at The Crown and Cushion I fell in love with the location, so when the Helios Park development began I jumped at the opportunity to move the area. I have found the area to be quiet, despite it being so close to the M3. I love that I can be in Basingstoke within 20/25mins, or Reading within 40mins, if it wasn’t for needing more space I wouldn’t be leaving!

This apartment is STUNNING! It's been so well cared for and absolutely must be viewed! The location is perfect for those that like to get outdoors with Hawley Woods and Hawley Lake right on your doorstep, along with junction 4a for the M3 just moments away!

Located just 31 miles from London is the very popular area of Hawley / Blackwater. Located less than 2 miles from Camberley town centre with its great range of independent and chain shops and restaurants it is also ideally located for commuters with access to the A30, M3 and Blackwater train station just a few minutes away from the property. There are a good choice of local schools within a short distance also.
The area offers a lovely range of outside open spaces, woodland and parks, many of which are also just a few minutes from the property.
