The house is located in a beautiful complex of four residences that share a common entrance and a plot of 1350 m². In front of the house there is a small private garden. On the inner side of the complex there are a common courtyard and parking space.

Entering from the main entrance, on the ground floor we find an open plan area with a fireplace. Here, there are a kitchen, a WC and an internal staircase that leads upstairs and downstairs. On the north side there is a large covered terrace with open views. On the upper floor there are two of the bedrooms of the house and a large bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and patio doors that open onto a large balcony with beautiful sea views.

The area is extremely beautiful. In the village, which has retained much of its traditional character, you will find a mini market, cafes and traditional taverns. Within five minutes' drive there is the rocky beach of Obrosgialos. The beautiful beaches of Almyrida and Georgioupolis are about 15 minutes away. At a distance of 5 km is the small town of Vamos, which has schools, pharmacies, supermarkets and many other shops and services. The city and the airport of Chania are approximately 40 and 45 minutes' drive each.
