FARM HOUSE
You enter through large doors into a spacious open living space with high vaulted ceilings.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped. The dining and living space is large enough to entertain 8+ people. This is overlooked by a mezzanine with velux windows, letting in more light and a perfect office space, or stargazing spot in the evenings.
The ground floor master bedroom and bathroom are accessed from the living room area, and are decorated in a clean, modern style with respect to the original features of the building.
Two further ground floor bedrooms and a bathroom are accessed from a corridor leading from the kitchen area.
This would be perfect to rent, or as a family home.

BARNHOUSE GITE
The second house is a two-storey stone building, with open plan kitchen, living and dining space. This is heated by a log burner with connected radiators.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms, and a bathroom.

CHALET/CABIN
The third accomodation is a clad cabin-style building.
You will enter into the kitchen, dining and living space, and there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

DOME
A well insulated geodesic dome looks out onto the lake, and is perfect for short stays (particularly popular for guests on cycling holidays or who are breaking up a road trip.)
There is a double bed and sitting area. A toilet and shower can be used near the pool.

GARDENS
This spacious plot offers easily separated areas so that the owners and potential guests could enjoy privacy.
To the front of the Farm House, there is a small paved terrace and lawns, perfect for barbeques or a morning cup of coffee. To the rear, there is a pebbled and grassed area, with a mature willow and a hot tub.
To the rear of the cabin, there is a large meadow, and a fenced pool (an above ground pool which has been sunken into the land and surrounded by decking) and a children's play area.
To the side of the gite and in front of the cabin, is a large grassed area with the dome, lake, and raised beds for growing vegetables.
