"It's lovely to see the care poured into this home by its current owners and - knowing it's served them as a practical and versatile home for 17 years - we know it's thoroughly 'family-proof' (although it's so impeccably presented that it's hard to believe children live here!)

We particularly love the under-floor heating and, for pet-lovers, we're sure they'll find their favourite spot to curl up and dry off.

The newly-laid carpets throughout add to the comfortable feel (and we suspect there's a good quality underlay too) and the owners tell us these are stain-repellent.

We're also told that all windows and central heating system were replaced in 2008, and there have been upgrades in the bathrooms and kitchen more recently.
