On the second and top floor of a historic building in a prestigious part of the center, the apartment is developed on one level in this way: entering from the beautiful condominium staircase, the entrance leads us into a beautiful double bright living room with central arch. On the left we find a room currently used as storage, on the opposite side instead we have a windowed eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower also windowed. Through a short hallway we enter the sleeping area consisting of a very large double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom.
State and finishes
Of ancient foundation, the apartment is in good condition, but needs minor work at the level of finishes. It has some ceilings with original wooden beams and terracotta tiles, floors in the sleeping area and kitchen in old terracotta tiles, and double-glazed windows. The radiator heating is supplied by the municipal methane network, for the water system there is a connection to the municipal aqueduct and in the living room there is air conditioning. In the third room used as a storage room you could go to create a second bathroom easily. Utilities all connected. Condominium expenses are around 15€ monthly for cleaning and stair light. The building has prestigious features and details as well as an old condominium cloister and a storage room always common.

It is, therefore, perfect to fully enjoy the food and wine and cultural possibilities of one of the most sought-after villages in Tuscany inserted between Val d'Orcia and Valdichiana; other centers such as Pienza, Monticchiello, Cortona, Montalcino, San Quirico and Bagno Vignoni are reachable in about 30 minutes by car in addition to the cities of Siena, Perugia and Arezzo reachable in 40 minutes. In 20 minutes, highway toll booths connecting the area along the A1 can be reached in addition to train stations that offer quick connections to the cities of Rome, Florence, Siena and Perugia.
