Why the owner loves the property:
Twelve years ago, at the start of autumn, I viewed a number of flats before I came across a little gem of a development, Two Orchards. This small block of 6 flats was brand new and there was a one bedroom and a two-bedroom show house. I saw the one-bedroom flat on the ground floor first but this felt a little small, I was then shown the 2-bedroom show house flat on the first floor and this seemed just right. On climbing the stairs, the building seemed warm and inviting and to this day when I enter the building through the security door it feels exactly the same. Being in a small block of 6 flats it feels very safe, in contrast to the huge developments of apartments that have been and are still being built in Bracknell. The ones I have visited seem soulless and noisy with lots of comings and goings. This may suit some people but not me! I will miss my homely nest! It is Spacious, Bright, Turnkey, Peaceful, Contemporary and in a Prime Location.
