Description
The Villa is accessed from a small side road, at the end of which, through a gate, there is access to the property, which consists of three units, a main one consisting of a large open space that includes a sitting room for entertaining guests, a large kitchen overlooking the covered veranda and open to the dining room and the large and bright double-height living room with fireplace; in the main house there are two bedrooms, a double room with bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a twin room, another bathroom equipped with a shower, a lovely loft creates two additional beds, or a relaxation area. The basement, completely surrounded by inspectionable gully, is connected internally and consists of a large hallway to be used as a tavern, two rooms that can become two service rooms, two bathrooms, laundry room, a room for storage use and a boiler room. Detached from the Villa, surrounded by small stone walls are two annexes, two small appendages of the main house, both created with double room and bathroom. The shape of the pool seems to follow that of the main house, crowned by a small porch and surrounded by a green lawn and colorful flowers..
