The location of the house is absolutely perfect, with a local convenience store 2 mins walk away, Olton station being 10 minutes walk with regular trains to Solihull and Birmingham and a beautiful canal at the rear of the house which allow for endless walks.

The house itself has a recently created, entertaining space which has had much use over the last year. The biggest bonus to the house is it has 4 double bedrooms so has a great amount of space.

To top it all we have lovely neighbours all around us, a south facing garden and the house is situated very well for a choice of Solihull primary and secondary schools.
