This unique villa is located in the neighborhood of La Solana, within walking distance of the authentic village of Jalón and just 20 minutes from the coast. The villa was completely renovated in 2008 to Andalusian/Arabic style and is oriented south. La Solana is a very quiet green area with few buildings located at the foot of the impressive mountain range Serra de la Solana and overlooking the famous mountain Coll de Rates in Parcent. While walking you can reach the village of Jalón located in the center of the Jalón valley surrounded by almond groves and vineyards.
