The planning permission proposes the construction of three new, 3-bedroom dwellings, to the design of Goldings Chartered Buildings Surveyors & Architectural Consultants. The dwellings will each be 1½ storey in height and they will be constructed of natural Cotswold stone elevations, with imitation natural stone tiles covering the roofs.

The accommodation of each house will briefly comprise: an entrance hallway, cloakroom, sitting room, large kitchen/family room and a utility room on the ground floor, with a first floor landing, 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) and a family bathroom. It is proposed that houses 1 and 2 will have an internal floor area of about 124.2m2 (1,336.92ft2) and house 3 will have an internal floor area of about 116.85m2 (1,257.85ft2).

Community Infrastructure Levy

Upper Minety is situated about 1 mile west of Minety, 5 miles north east of Malmesbury, 6 miles south of Cirencester and 10 miles north west of Swindon in North Wiltshire. The market towns of Malmesbury and Cirencester provide most day-to-day shopping, educational and recreational
