SITUATION.

Raymonds Hill is a semi-rural area on the Dorset/Devon border which has easy access to the surrounding countryside with many lovely walking opportunities close by. The highly desirable town of Lyme Regis is within about 3 miles and offers an excellent range of independent shops and business facilities, together with its famous Cobb harbour and stunning beaches. Woodhouse Heights is within the catchment area for the popular Woodroffe School at Lyme Regis (free coach travel available) and is also not far from the highly sought after Colyton Grammar School.

The busy market town of Axminster is within a few miles and has a main line rail connection to London Waterloo. The nearby A35 provides fast east/west access to the Cathedral City of Exeter and to London and the Home Counties.

DIRECTIONS.
From Bridport, follow the A35 west through the village of Chideock and Morcombelake and onto the Charmouth by-pass towards Honiton. On passing over the Devon border turn right into Green Lane at Raymonds Hill. Follow this lane to the junction with Crewkerne Road and continue straight over into Cooks Lane. Woodhouse Heights will be found after approximately a quarter of a mile on the left.
