2nd floor

This bedroom has a south-facing window that looks out onto the land and also Velux style roof lights. At the top of the stairs is a door to a storage area.

Ground floor

Stairs from the dining room open onto a spacious lounge that is full of natural light. The room has a seldom used door to the lane and windows to 3 elevations. This area has a wood burner stove that works in conjunction with the pellet burner central heating system. The walls of the lounge are partly finished in natural stone and has a good quality tiled floor. A door at the rear of the lounge takes you into a room that is currently being used as an office. This room could easily become a 4th bedroom with the construction of a 3m partition wall and door. Opposite the office is the 3rd fully tiled bathroom with shower, basin, heated towel rail and W.C. To the right of the bathroom is the 3rd double bedroom. This is another room with lots of natural light from the windows and glazed door that opens onto the courtyard.

Exterior

Adjoining the property is the utility room that houses the washing machine and dryer. There is also a door from the lane that gives access to the pellet burner boiler and hot water cylinder that is linked to the solar panels.

Wrought-iron double gates open onto the crushed stone drive and courtyard area. The flat, fenced, arable land is to the left and has a small barn and irrigation pipes. The land has an olive grove with various fruit trees and plenty of space for growing fruit and vegetables.

Opposite the entrance gates is the carport that provides shade for the hotter days. By the carport is an open dining area surrounded by raised flower beds. Further is the garage and a covered kitchen area with BBQ. This is a great place, not far from the pool, where you can enjoy alfresco dining while taking in the nice views. The pool is sited to the north of the property and is surrounded by a Laurel hedge for privacy. The swimming pool has sun all day and there is a pagoda that offers shade when the temperatures are high! The paved area surrounding the pool is non-slip and adjoins a well-manicured lawn. This really is a special area from where to relax and enjoy a cooling dip in the 8m x 4m pool.

This is a property that has everything and only a 5 minute walk to the village supermarket and café.
