Broomfield Park can be found in the centre of the village less than half a mile walking distance of Sunningdale station (direct line to Waterloo) and Waitrose supermarket. More extensive shopping facilities can be found in the Royal town of Windsor about 8 miles to the North or Camberley about 9 miles to the East. Whilst surrounded by beautiful countryside, Sunningdale residents still benefit from excellent road links with Junction 3 of the M3 being less than 5 miles away and Junction 13 of the M25 about 5.5 miles. Terminal 5 at Heathrow is about 8.5 miles and Knightsbridge about 25 miles. Leisure facilities are very well catered for in the general area. Wentworth, Sunningdale, Swinley Forest, The Berkshire, Foxhills and Queenwood all offer golfing opportunities. The social calendar also includes horse racing at Royal Ascot and of course Henley Royal Regatta. As well as several health and tennis clubs there a two of the countries most favoured spa hotels at Coworth Park and Pennyhill, polo at The Guards Club and miles of stunning country walks in Windsor Great Park and on Chobham Common. Schooling can also be a high priority for many buyers and this area has some of the most recognised private schools in the country including St Georges in Ascot, St Marys, Sunningdale, Papplewick, Hall Grove, Coworth Flexlands and the ACS in Egham.
