This is now such an important green space for this part of Chiswick and its community. The Rec has retained the Green Flag status for over 10 years. Those that know it, you can kick a ball, play around, keep fit, walk the dog, or just relax. The view of the Rec from the living room window of this property is one of my favourite features.

Turnham Green Terrace & Tube is 0.6 miles away, a nice walk, or a very short bus ride on the E3. Chiswick High Road is at the end of the terrace if you are coming from Southfield Road. You have a corner shop, bakery, dry cleaners, and a dentist within a 5-minute walk. Southfield Primary School which got awarded Ofsted Outstanding last year would be a 6-minute - school run.
