The house is located in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, one of the most exclusive towns on the Catalan coast, a few meters from the center of town, a real luxury.
The house consists of two levels, the main one where the house is and a higher one where we find the pool area.
The main house is distributed on three floors. On the main floor, we find a majestic entrance full of light and with noble stairs, plus a guest bathroom, a fantastic living room dominated by a large fireplace and a dining room. Next, we have the kitchen with exterior exit and in turn communicated with another service staircase that communicates with the next floor.
