Located in a popular and lively part of Pruna, this wonderful family home offers so much, it is a traditional house that has been improved by a modern extension with separate entrance to the rear.

Entering from the main street, you are into a well sized lounge/diner, offering a wonderful area to relax.
Staying on the ground floor, exiting the lounge, you are taken to the well equipped bathroom, also on the ground floor is a small utility area which leads onto the kitchen, which is fully fitted and functional with room for dining table.

Upstairs in the main house you find two traditional Spanish style bedrooms, both are double in size, at the moment, one is being he master bedroom the other as an large office/studio.

Exiting the main house out on to a small terrace area, which is private and not overlooked a real suntrap.

From this middle terrace, you enter into the newer part of the house. In here you find two more bedrooms over two floors, once again both are double bedrooms.
There is also another bathroom offering a level of independence for anyone staying in this part of the house.
Additionally there is rear access to the road behind the house.

Lastly, there is access to the roof terrace, which is of a good size and provides jaw dropping unrestricted views over the mountains towards Olvera and beyond, with amazing sunset views.
