The warranty period for the carrier system is 5 years from the date of delivery of the structure.

The construction will be reinforced concrete and frame.
The exterior walls will be 25 cm brick.
The interior walls will be made of brick wall materials.
Terraces and roofs will have both thermal and waterproofing.
